Account-wide statistics

The Dashboard you see immediately after logging in shows the statistics for your entire Xendy account — so all newsletters and email automations combined. At the top you choose the period: Today, Last 7, 30 or 90 days, Last 6 or 12 months, or a custom period.

Here you can see, among other things:

  • Revenue, Orders and Sent emails: the most important totals for the selected period.
  • Funnel: how many contacts go through the steps Sent → Opened → Clicked → Orders.
  • Open rate and Bounce rate: how well your emails are performing and being delivered.
  • Email contribution and Revenue per email: how much Xendy contributes to your webshop's total revenue and how much revenue one email has generated on average.
  • Number of contacts and Contact distribution: the growth and composition of your contact list.

Revenue statistics are available for webshops with an active webshop integration.

Newsletter-specific statistics

Choose Sent in the left menu. A newsletter moves from 'Scheduled' to 'Sent' once it has been sent. You can see the following statistics per newsletter:

  • Sent: total number of emails sent.
  • Opened: number of unique recipients who opened your email.
  • Clicks: number of clicks on a link within the email.
  • Unsubscribed: number of contacts who unsubscribed via the unsubscribe link.
  • Bounces: number of emails that bounced and were not delivered.
  • Complaints: number of contacts who marked the email as spam (e.g. in Outlook or Gmail).
  • Revenue: total revenue generated (available for webshops with an active webshop integration).
  • Send time: exact time at which the email was sent.

These statistics are refreshed on a fixed schedule. Above the statistics you can see at 'Next update at' when the figures will be updated again.

Email automation-specific statistics

In the left menu, go to Email automations to open the overview. You'll see the following basic stats per email automation:

  • Last run: the moment when it was last calculated which contacts should receive which emails, and the queue was filled.
  • Next run: the next time this will be calculated. You can set this via Settings next to the 'Start' and 'Stop' button.
  • Sent: total number of delivered emails.
  • Queue: the number of scheduled emails that will be sent in the future (e.g. due to a set delay).
  • Revenue: total generated revenue (available for webshops with an active webshop integration).

Statistics per email automation step

In the left menu, go to Email automations and click on the name of a specific email automation. The automation opens and you'll see the different steps. Per step you'll see:

  • Queue: the number of scheduled emails that will be sent in the future.
  • Sent: total number of delivered emails.
  • Opened: number of unique recipients who opened your email.
  • Clicks: number of clicks on a link within the email.
  • Unsubscribed: number of contacts who unsubscribed via the unsubscribe link.
