Frequently asked questions

Xendy fetches your Lightspeed data once a day during the night. If something goes wrong, you'll automatically receive an email notification.

Yes, with Lightspeed data you can create targeted dynamic segments in Xendy. For example, you can filter on:

  • The number of purchases a customer has made
  • The total order value
  • How long ago someone last placed an order
  • Specific products or product categories that were or weren't purchased

This makes it easy to target campaigns at recently ordering customers, loyal buyers with a high order value, or customers who haven't been active in a while.
